One of Mobility Friends’ missions is to promote education on human values and active citizenship among young people and adults, equipping them with the skills needed to face future challenges and supporting their social and economic development.
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and the need to comply with international standards, making it necessary to enhance the competencies of personnel in this area.
The Health & Safety Mobility: Learning, Adapting, Improving Project aims to address these needs and challenges. As part of the project, personnel will attend two specialized training courses in OHS and participate in job-shadowing at a successful organization in Europe with strong OHS practices. This will provide them with advanced technical knowledge on topics such as risk assessment, hazard prevention, and emergency response procedures, as well as practical experience.
The Erasmus+ mobility project will strengthen the organization’s OHS capacity, contributing to the professional development of staff and ensuring safe and high-quality training for participants.
Key Objectives:
1) Enhance staff competencies in OHS by integrating digital safety tools, advanced risk management strategies, and European best practices;
2) Improve workplace safety education by adopting innovative methodologies from structured training and job-shadowing experiences;
3) Strengthen international collaboration to ensure long-term knowledge exchange and continuous improvement in OHS training.
