The Advanced English (C1 + C2) course is aimed at learners with a high level of proficiency in English who seek to refine and perfect their language skills. The course emphasizes advanced listening and reading comprehension, high-level writing, nuanced expression, and accurate use of grammar and vocabulary across a wide range of topics and situations.
Fully aligned with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) levels C1 and C2, this course prepares learners to operate effectively in demanding academic, professional, and social environments, with near-native fluency and confidence.

Course Objectives

The general objective of this course is to enable learners to communicate fluently, accurately, and with sophistication in professional, academic, and social contexts. Learners will be able to:

  • Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning;
  • Express ideas fluently and precisely without obvious searching for expressions;
  • Use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic, and professional purposes;
  • Produce clear, well-structured, detailed texts on complex subjects;
  • Demonstrate a high level of vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and grammatical control.

  • Analizing and constructing logical arguments
  • Persuasive writing and rhetorical techniques

Module 4 – Creative and Literary Language

  • Creative writing: short stories, opinion pieces, poetry
  • Tone, style, and voice
  • Reading and interpreting literary texts
  • Figurative language and cultural references

Module 5 – Advanced Listening and Speaking

  • Fast-paced and authentic listening (lectures, podcasts, interviews)
  • Advanced pronunciation and intonation
  • Nuances in meaning and pragmatic competence
  • Public speaking and professional interviews

Module 6 – Professional Communication and Language Variation

  • Language variation and dialect awareness

Price

Each quotation is personalized and depends on several factors, such as the number of participants, the number of training hours, the location of the course, and any additional services requested.
The training can be funded through programs such as Erasmus+ (KA1 – Learning Mobility), among other European support mechanisms. For more information about funding, participants should contact their sending organization or their country’s National Agency directly.

Certificate

A Certificate of Participation is awarded to participants who attend at least 80% of the sessions and demonstrate consistent engagement and commitment throughout the training.

The time of classes, whether in the morning or afternoon is determined by the provider. The schedule may vary considerably based on participants’ preferences and the trainer’s discretion regarding any modifications.
