In April, Mobility Friends organized several job shadowing mobilities, offering participants the unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into various areas of work. From Poland to Bulgaria, Romania and Italy, the groups had the chance to gain a comprehensive view of the job market in Portugal.
Each group was carefully guided through visits to relevant companies and institutions, providing a realistic and immersive perspective on each area of intended work. From the dynamic office environment to the behind-the-scenes industry, participants were able to interact with experienced professionals, ask questions and observe first-hand the daily routines and challenges faced in each profession.
These job shadowing experiences not only enriched participants’ knowledge about various careers but also equipped them with practical information and valuable insights to guide their future career choices.
