From the 13th to 18th of April 2026, our Projects Department embarked on a journey to Madrid, Spain. Here they took part in the Erasmus+ Training Course Empowering Youth Workers for Impact. The aim of the course was to strengthen the competences of youth workers, addressing the multiple roles they take on, from mentors to project managers.
Through non-formal education methods, participants learned practical tools to work with youngsters, enhanced their professional competences, and increased their capacity to create a positive impact.
