With the completion of this project we will improve the quality of professional education in Poland and Portugal, allowing teachers and trainers to acquire new professional skills – which will facilitate the professional preparation of young people and adults looking for a job, strengthening their competitiveness in the labor market. Collaboration on the project will also increase the European dimension of the partner organizations and add a new participant to the program.
The main result of the project will be the development of an educational package – a tool that will enhance the professional training and qualifications of students to learn in professions related to tourism, hospitality and catering, mainly in the area of customer service for people with disabilities. The pack will be available in 3 language versions. Cooperation on the project in an international environment will allow the partner groups to get to know multiculturalism in practice and establish new partnerships.
